TMC welcomes Susan & Fayez Sarofim Pavilion

​​HOUSTON – A 17-story critical care tower, dubbed the Susan & Fayez Sarofim Pavilion, has opened in the Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center at 6411 Fannin St.

The tower will serve as the new home of the Red Duke Trauma Institute. It has Level I trauma support, over 140 patient rooms, 24 operating rooms, 900 parking spaces, and a 76,000-sf emergency center.

The tower features the John S. Dunn Heliport and one of the few dedicated trauma hybrid operating rooms in the nation.
