High-rise hotel, water park revving up at Circuit of The Americas

AUSTIN – Arm Epic Lodging Partners is developing an 11-story hotel and water park at the 1,115-acre Circuit of The Americas, Texas’ only Formula One racetrack.
The hotel will have a spa, fine-dining restaurant, 100,000-sf indoor water park, 34,000 sf of ballroom and meeting space, and 350 guest rooms.
Attractions in the indoor water park will include a lazy river and wave pool. It will have a retractable roof.
The hotel will employ 350.
Construction begins in first quarter 2021 and will take 24-26 months.
