SAN ANTONIO – A joint venture including Winston Hotels LLC has purchased Riverside Towers at 111 Soledad St.
The 20-story, 298,000-sf office building will be transformed into a 342-room hotel with 60,000 sf of office space, 3,000 sf of ground-level retail space, and a rooftop bar.
Once complete, it will be a dual-branded hotel with an AC Hotel by Marriott and Element Hotel by Westin.
