EL PASO – The 13-story office building adjacent to Hotel Indigo is being transformed into an 80-unit apartment complex.
The property at 300 E. Main St. will offer one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 700 to 1,000 sf. It will include shared work spaces and 12,000 sf of retail space.
A botanical garden will be built next to the pool area, which is connected to Hotel Indigo’s fifth floor. The property will also share a three-level garage with the hotel.

The building’s owners, who also own the Hotel Indigo, will start work on the project by April. Construction will be complete in spring or summer 2021.
