​​Rendering of high-end apartment complex that will replace the office building at 300 E. Main St.EL PASO – The 13-story office building adjacent to Hotel Indigo is being transformed into an 80-unit apartment complex.

The property at 300 E. Main St. will offer one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 700 to 1,000 sf. It will include shared work spaces and 12,000 sf of retail space.  

A botanical garden will be built next to the pool area, which is connected to Hotel Indigo’s fifth floor. The property will also share a three-level garage with the hotel.

The project will receive up to $3.6 million in city and county tax rebates​.  

The building’s owners, who also own the Hotel Indigo, will start work on the project by April. Construction will be complete in spring or summer 2021.
