AUSTIN – Furniture Mall of Texas is opening a 95,000-sf store at Shops at Tech Ridge, a retail power center at 12901 N. I-35 Frontage Rd.
The store, which will be the company’s third, will occupy space formerly leased to Target. It opens this summer.
The Retail Connection represented the landlord, RD Management, in lease negotiations.
