HUMBLE – The city will break ground this summer on a project to expand Rankin Rd. from two to four lanes between the Union Pacific Corp. railroad and Houston Ave.
Engineering for the $3.65 million expansion project is nearing completion.
Construction will wrap up in late 2021.
