AUSTIN – California-based Four Peaks Capital LLC has bought Azure Apartments & Townhomes from Orion Real Estate Partners.
The 199-unit property at 1212 Westheimer Dr. offers one- and two-bedroom units. Rents range from $900 to $1,425 per month.
Amenities include a pool, barbeque area, and onsite laundry facilities.
The asset was Orion’s only Austin property.
With the sale, Orion was able to purchase the Hill at Woodway in San Antonio.
