PLANO – Reata Pharmaceuticals is subleasing 121,903 sf of office space at 5320 Legacy Dr.
The facility is part of the three-building, 1.2 million-sf, 107-acre Campus at Legacy.
Reata will use the space for its executive and back-office functions.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the leaseholder, Denbury Onshore. CBRE represented the subtenant.
