DALLAS – The 13-story Park Creek Place office high-rise on Hall St. has been sold for the second time in less than two years.
Constructed in 1982, the 115,000-sf office building was recently remodeled.
Park Creek Place is 90 percent leased to tenants including Moroch Holdings, MAP Construction, and Alerian.
The seller was Oaktree Capital Group, and the buyer was a unit of Calgary-based Western Securities Ltd. JLL brokered the deal.
