SAN ANTONIO – Weal Development LLC is developing St. John’s Square, an eight-story mixed-use tower at 422 E. Nueva St.
The property will have 252 one- to three-bedroom apartment units reserved for families earning 50 percent of the area median income.
The ground floor is open for a coworking space, restaurant, café, or combination of tenants.
The San Antonio Housing Authority approved funding for the $65 million development last August.
