DALLAS – OrbVest US Inc. has purchased the Two Forest Plaza office high-rise at 12201 Merit Dr.
The 200,000-sf tower is 90 percent leased to New York Life Insurance offices and La Madeline’s corporate headquarters.
Built in 1981, the 11-story building has been owned by Encore Enterprises since 2014.
Colliers International marketed the property.
