HIGHLAND PARK – Construction is kicking off on Modera Katy Trail, a 217-unit apartment tower on North Central Expressway just south of Mockingbird Ln.
The 14-story rental community will include a piano lounge, fifth-floor amenity level, resident clubhouse with coworking office booths, fitness facility, and landscaped pool deck facing downtown.
Mill Creek Residential is the project’s developer. BKV Group is the architect.
Leasing will start late next year.
