ROUND ROCK – The Seasons at Chandler Creek, a mixed-use project at 2200 N. Grimes Blvd., has broken ground.
The 5.2-acre project will include:
four retail, office, and/or restaurant buildings ranging from 2,500 to 7,000 sf;
seven stand-alone professional office buildings; and
22 for-sale townhomes.
The commercial buildings will be completed in the summer, and the townhomes will deliver in the fall.
Conann Constructors Inc. is the owner. K.W. Commercial/Frances Crossley is handling leasing.
