GARLAND – Creekside on the Green, a 296-unit apartment community, has been sold.
Since 2016, the property at 1702 N. Jupiter Rd. has received more than $1 million in capital improvements, including upgrades to one-third of the units, the leasing office, fitness center, and pool area.
CBRE arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, RS Creekside LLC, who sold the asset to Roseview Winn Acquisition LLC.
