Atlanta developer buys prime tract with multifamily plans
DALLAS – RangeWater Real Estate has purchased more than one acre in the 5700 block of Richmond Ave. near Greenville Ave.
The new owner has been working on plans for a rental community on the site for several months.
The vacant tract is across the street from the Sam’s Club that was formerly the site of Pietro’s restaurant.
