DALLAS – KDC is teaming up with Miyama USA Texas to build a 30-story office tower overlooking Klyde Warren Park on Woodall Rodgers Fwy.
The tower will be the tallest in Uptown and include 450,000 sf of office space, ground-floor retail space, and parking for 1,000 cars.
This is first phase of a half-block redevelopment along the north side of the park and will be built on the site of a former motor bank.
Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates is designing the project with Corgan.
Phase one will break ground later this year and will take from 24 to 28 months to build.
