Pipeline Packaging opens 93K-sf facility at Conroe Park North

​​CONROE​ – Ohio-based Pipeline Packaging has opened its new facility at 3375 Pollok Dr. in Conroe Park North Industrial Park. 

The asset includes 90,000 sf of warehouse space and 3,000 sf of office space. 

​Locally based KDW built the project.

The company has​ ten acres nearby for a 200,000-sf lay down yard to store materials, equipment, and vehicles.
