MESQUITE – Marketplace at Towne Center, a 180,522-sf retail center, has been sold.
The center is on about 20.5 acres at the northwest corner of US 80 and I-625.
Tenants include Kohl’s, Home Depot, PetSmart, Ross Dress for Less, Old Navy, Dress Barn, Five Below, Famous Footwear, and Applebee’s.
JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Retail Value Inc.
