DALLAS – Beachwold Residential has purchased the Jefferson Landmark apartments at 14650 Landmark Blvd.
The two-year-old, 324-unit rental community is off the Dallas North Tollway north of the Dallas Galleria near Spring Valley.
Irving-based JPI built and sold the asset to two companies represented by Beachwold.
