HOUSTON – Harms Road Business Park, a 124,000-sf industrial park, has been sold to a partnership of Finial Group and Senterra LLC.
Built between 2014 and 2018, Harms Road Business Park consists of five single-tenant, crane-served industrial buildings. It is on 9.4 acres at 7204-7214 Harms Rd.
The park has 28- to 30-ft clear heights, 22 overhead doors, overhead cranes, and office space.
JLL and NAI Partners marketed the property on behalf of the seller, United Equities Inc.
