AUSTIN – Senior Resource Group has opened Maravilla at The Domain, the company’s first community in Texas.
Located at 11001 Austin Ln. in the heart of The Domain mixed-use project, the community totals 370,000 sf. It consists of an 11-story south tower, six-story central tower, and seven-story north tower.
The development offers 144 independent-living, 54 assisted-living, and 34 memory-care units. It also has below-ground parking, courtyards, and a swimming pool.
