IRVING – Meritex Co. has purchased Jetstar 114 Business Center, a three-building, 84,808-sf industrial portfolio.
The fully occupied buildings are at 8000, 8050, and 8100 Jetstar Dr. near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
The property was developed by Jackson-Shaw and came online in 1999.
Holt Lunsford Commercial is managing the property. Colliers International brokered the transaction.
