TYLER – McDermott International is relocating its offices to more than 30,000 sf across three floors in the Plaza Tower at 110 N College Ave.
With this move, McDermott will bring over 100 professional jobs downtown.
Plaza Tower offers Class A office space with on-site management, leasing and maintenance staff, advanced security and elevators, on-site vault datacenter, and fiber installed throughout.
An investor group led by Tim Brookshire, Garnett Brookshire, and Andy Bergfeld purchased the property in August 2018.
The company will move in January 2020.
