DALLAS – Trammell Crow is starting construction on a 100-acre industrial development on Altamoore Dr. south of I-20.
The first phase will include three cross-dock buildings with more than 615,000 sf of warehouse and distribution space.
CBRE Global Investors is partnering with Trammell Crow on the project. FCL Builders is the general contractor.
