GEORGETOWN – The city council has approved a $4.4 million incentives package for a $20 million Costco Wholesale Corp. store at the corner of I-35 and Lakeway Dr.
The 150,000-sf store will have a pharmacy, gasoline pumps, tire sales, liquor sales, and other components of a typical Costco.
Construction will be complete within five years.
