WACO – Dillard’s is moving into the 157,000-sf former Sears store in Richland Mall at 6001 W. Waco Dr.
Dillard’s will complete a 20,000-sf, one-story expansion. The $8.3 million remodeled store will have an expanded line of James Avery, Kendra Schott, and Southern Living Home merchandise.
The retailer will occupy the space in May.
