IRVING – Whitestone REIT has purchased the Las Colinas Village retail center, a 104,915-sf shopping center on SH 114 at MacArthur Blvd.
Built in 2000, the center had been owned since 2016 by a unit of ShopCore Properties.
The deal also included land for potential expansion.
Las Colinas Village is more than 85 percent leased.
