DALLAS – Camden, N.J.-based SCM South Dallas LLC has purchased the LogistiCenter at Dallas, a 626,000-sf warehouse on Bonnie View Rd. near I-20.
Constructed in 2017 by Dermody Properties, the building was the first phase of a more than 61-acre business park planned for more than one million sf.
Alliance Architects designed the project, and MYCON General Contractors built it.
