The South Texas land will become a master-planned community with walkable neighborhoods, walking trails and park spaces, connections to entertainment and commercial districts, and education centers.

Able City and Dover Kohl are helping plan and design the community.

Work will start early next year with homes going up for sale in fall 2020.
