DALLAS – Waterlogic has signed a 111,012-sf light manufacturing and distribution lease at Prologis Freeport Corporate Center at 9250 N. Royal Lane.
JLL represented Waterlogic in lease negotiations. The landlord, Prologis, was represented internally.
The company will take occupancy in early 2020.
