FORT WORTH – WAK Management ended its 20-year hold on the Apartments at Fountains Corner, a 418-unit apartment complex at 5046 Hildring Dr. East.
The 18.5-acre, 62-building community offers one, two, and three-bedroom units as well as swimming pools, on-site laundry facilities, courtyards, and gardens.
WAK sold the property to a Texas-based private investment group. Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and secured the buyer.
The new owners are planning a multimillion-dollar renovation program to renovate exteriors, common areas, and unit interiors.
