IRVING – Avenger Flight Group LLC has signed a 116,640-sf industrial lease in the 294,795-sf Valley View at DFW Center for its second North Texas flight simulation training center.
The company entered the market three years ago with a 40,000-sf lease in Fort Worth.
Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
