HOUSTON – Hartman Income REIT has acquired a three-building office portfolio totaling 254,234 sf.
The properties are:
a 102,893-sf building at 1400 Broadfield Blvd.;
a 83,760-sf building at 16420 Park 10; and
a 67,581-sf building at 7915 FM 1960.
On average, the three were 55.2 percent leased at the time of sale.
