Units range from 680 to 884 sf and have quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and private balconies or patios.
The first building and some amenities, like a 24-hour fitness center and game room, have been delivered.
Outdoor community features include a health and wellness center, pool, courtyard, and a dog park.
The project, which was developed by Alliance Residential Company and Broadstone, will be complete by summer 2020.
