NEW CANEY – Ironbridge Realty Partners has started redeveloping the former Brookshire Brothers grocery store at US 59 and FM 1485.
The building exterior and parking lot will be redone and brought up to code standards.
Planet Fitness and La Michoacána will anchor the project, which will open in mid‐2020.
Other tenants include Taco Bell and medical, dental, and pet-grooming service providers.
