HOUSTON – A private investor has purchased the 50,000-sf 24 Hour Fitness at 7300 W. Greens Rd. in a 1031 exchange with a Texas-based partnership.
Sold for $9 million, the property was last renovated in 2018.
24 Hour Fitness recently renewed its absolute triple net lease for an additional ten years.
The Boulder Group represented the seller.
