FRISCO – Hillwood has broken ground on The Cadence at Frisco Station, a 322-unit apartment community in the $1.8 billion Frisco Station project on the Dallas North Tollway.
Designed by JHP Architecture/Urban Design, the five-story apartment project includes a resident lounge, co-working space, fitness center, coffee and wine bars, and an outdoor courtyard with a pool and cabanas.
The first units will open in early 2021.
