TEMPLE – Denver-based Steele Properties has purchased Wayman Manor at 1811 E. Ave. K.
Built in 1971, the 160-unit affordable apartment complex offers one- to three-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities include a laundry facility, fitness center, conference room, recreation room, and playground.
Steele will complete renovations on the property’s roofs, HVAC systems, and amenity spaces.
