HOUSTON – Haven Realty Capital has purchased Champions Woods Apartments from Venterra Realty.
The 186-unit community at 6830 Champions Plaza Dr. features one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities include a pool, hot tub, outdoor entertainment pavilion with a grilling area, fitness center, and a cybercafé.
JLL represented the seller and procured an acquisition loan through Freddie Mac for the buyer.
