DALLAS – Presbyterian Village North, a 66-acre senior living community, is getting a major expansion and renovation.
Plans include a new building with 112 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The facility will have a lounge with a community living space and kitchen for entertaining and underground parking that connects to the main building.
The last major expansion was in 2016 and cost $93 million.
Construction will begin in spring 2020.
