DALLAS – Central Southwest Texas Development LLC is building a 141,950-sf self-storage center at 2500 Lone Star Dr.
The three-story building will offer 1,255 climate-controlled rental units on a 2.4-acre Opportunity Zone site.
JLL arranged $7.5 million in construction loans for the complex and brokered the land sale.
The property was purchased from the SPCA of Texas.
