GRAND PRAIRIE – McCarthy Building Cos. is developing a $40 million helicopter training facility for Airbus Helicopters Inc. and Helisim.
The 18,000-sf facility will house two helicopter flight simulators, a 6,000-sf office space, and a 12,000-sf simulator hall with a tech room, computer rooms, and meeting spaces.
BOKA Powell designed the project, which will deliver in March 2020.
