DALLAS – Southwest Transplant Alliance has sold its five-story headquarters at 5473 Blair Rd. to the Fears Nachawati legal firm.
The organization will move to a larger, 77,000-sf facility in the same area in 2020.
Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale and is handling construction of the company’s new building.
