AUSTIN – Chalmers Court South at 1801 E. 4th St. has opened.
The affordable apartment complex offers one- to four-bedroom units.
Amenities include a computer lab, club room, fitness center, and bike station.
The three phase, 394-unit housing project will replace the old Chalmers apartments built in 1939.
Chalmers Court East is under construction, and Chalmers Court West will start construction in 2020.
