AUSTIN – San Francisco-based Drawbridge Realty has sold a renovated office campus at 3100 Alvin Devane Blvd. for $18.5 million.
The company acquired the two-building property, formerly the Sierra Technology Center, in 2012 through a joint venture with HPI.
Drawbridge upgraded the office lobby, roof, common spaces, interior tenant spaces, parking areas, and mechanical systems.
Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale.
