NRP, Willton team up for 368-unit Lucent

​AUSTIN – A joint venture between NRP Group and New York-based Willton Investment Group has broken ground on Lucent at 12201 Dessau Rd.

The three-story apartment building will offer 368 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with attached garages.

Amenities will include fire pits, grills, a fitness center, business center, bike storage, and package concierge service.

The project will finish in early 2021.   ​
