SAN ANTONIO – SmartStop Self Storage REIT Inc. has sold a 440-unit storage facility at 875 E. Ashby Pl. to Embrey Partners Ltd.
The seller purchased the property in 2016 as part of a portfolio merger between SmartStop and Strategic Storage Growth Trust.
Embrey is turning the 5.1 acres into a mixed-use office and 300-unit multifamily complex.
