PORT ARANSAS – Construction is underway on Cinnamon Shore South, a $1.3 billion mixed-use expansion project of the 300-acre Cinnamon Shore community outside of Corpus Christi. Sea Oats Group is the developer.
The development will feature luxury homes, 120,000 sf of retail and restaurant space, a 12,000-sf health and wellness center, 175-room hotel, and 40,000 sf for office or live/work space.
Work will start on a 225-room hotel and convention center this February. It will open in 2021.
