ROUND ROCK – Settlers Crossing, an industrial complex at 900 E. Old Settlers Blvd., is wrapping up its 159,570-sf first phase and preparing to start on its second phase.
Phlur Inc.’s Texas Beauty Labs will move its labs, manufacturing facility, warehouse, and corporate offices into 44,386 sf in Building 1. Phlur has an incentive agreement with the city.
Other tenants in the two-building first phase include Chatsworth Products Inc., C-Serv, and AYRO, bringing the phase to 90 percent leased.
A two-building, 172,795-sf second phase will start this year.
