​​​​​​AUSTIN – Miami-based One Real Estate Investment has purchased Mira Vista Apartments at 9601 Middle Fiskville Rd.

Built in 1983, the garden-style community offers 200 one- and two-bedroom units. Floor plans range from 650 to 960 sf.

Amenities include a pool, clubhouse, grill area, courtyard, playground, sauna, and business center.

Berkadia arranged a five-year, 3.24 percent ​​fixed-rate loan​ on behalf of the buyer. ​​​​
